How To Use

Astral Facial Spa Roller

1. Apply a hydrating facial oil, serum or moisturiser on your face and neck. We suggest Honey Oat Water Cream for its gentle and moisturising formula.
2. Start at your neck and roll upward. Always go upwards and in one direction using gentle pressure.
3. Roll from your jawline to your ear on both sides. You can continue this motion all the way from your jaw to your cheekbone.
4. Lastly, roll flat along the brows, and then upwards on the forehead. This may feel relieving if you are prone to headaches.
5. Repeat up 1-2 times daily. Pair with Lumine Facial Spa Guasha for best results.

Lumine Facial Spa Gua Sha

1. Apply a hydrating facial oil, serum or moisturiser on your face and neck. We suggest Honey Oat Water Cream for its gentle and moisturising formula.
2. With your guasha's long side to your face, gently glide it gently in one direction, starting from the neck. Make sure you’re stroking down the neck, never upwards, to activate lymphatic drainage.
3. Next, move onto your jawline and chin using the notched curve of the guasha. Only use gentle strokes in one direction, and never back and forth.
4. Using the rounded end of the tool, gently gliding under the eyes or over any redness around the nostrils.
5. Finally, work the tool in small horizontal strokes over the brow bone and forehead to lift and release tension.
6. Repeat 1-2 times daily. Pair with Astral Facial Spa Roller for best results.
